Name of Posts: Junior Manager — 56 Posts
– Name of Discipline: Mining, Electrical, Company Secretary, Finance, HR
– Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000
Educational Qualification:
Junior Manager (Mining): Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering; relevant certificates.
Junior Manager (Electrical): Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Junior Manager (Company Secretary): Graduate with 5 years’ experience; or passed final CS examination.
Junior Manager (Finance): Graduate with 5 years’ experience; or passed intermediate accounting exams; or PG in Finance.
Junior Manager (HR): Graduate with 5 years’ experience; or PG in HR
Age Limit: Maximum Age required for the post of Junior Manager is 40 years as on 01/06/2024. However, relaxation in age for the candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / PWD / Ex-servicemen categories shall be as per rules.
Application Fee: The General, OBC & EWS Candidates are required to pay an application processing fee of Rs.500/- and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees including PwBDs. The application processing fee plus applicable Bank charges shall be paid by the applicant using the Payment Gateway / NEFT On-line Transfer through HCL’s website only.
